You know? Just really genuine and I thought, “Okay. Now, this is somebody I want to see when I go to Virginia.” I just had a really good rapport with her, right from the beginning. When we got down there we spent two or three days by ourselves. Then we were ready to start looking at houses with her. She blocked three or four days which is what we needed. We were on the move the whole time which was great, being from out of town. There’s a lot of territory to cover. And she was right there. She was a trooper I would refer Patricia Joy because she knows the market. I have an agent I really liked.
